Miciah Bay Gault

Miciah Bay Gault is the managing editor of Hunger Mountain: the VCFA Journal of the Arts. She grew up on Sanibel Island, on Cape Cod, and on the Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary near the Chesapeake Bay. She studied writing at Bard College, received her M.Ed. from Portland State University in Portland, OR, and received her MFA from Syracuse University. Her fiction has appeared in AGNI and The Literary Review, as well as Highlights for Children and Ladybug Magazine. She’s taught writing at Syracuse University, Saint Michael’s College, the Community College of Vermont, and the Cape Cod Conservatory for the Arts. She lives in Montpelier, VT, with her husband and stepdaughter.
