Jason Lamb

Jason Lamb grew up in western Massachusetts and has since roamed the US, settling at one time or another in New Hampshire, Colorado, Washington State, Maine and, finally, Vermont. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Plymouth State College and a Masters in Teaching from Western Washington University. Before coming to VCFA, he taught middle school English for six years and now also teaches at Community College of Vermont. Working as an Assistant Director of Admissions for VCFA allows Jason to encourage students to get an education in the arts, a goal he strongly believes in and was/is one of the core principals of his classrooms.

Jason is an avid hiker and has extensively explored the White and Green Mountains as well as the North Cascades. He has also dabbled on trails in the Azores, Spain, Vancouver Island, the Coast of Maine and California, and the Canadian Rockies. When not out on the trail, he reads incessantly and spends quality time with his wife, Kelley and son, Linus.
