Harry Groome (Emeritus) (Villanova, PA) is an Emeritus Trustee of VCFA who devotes much of his time to writing fiction.
He is also a director of the Bryn Mawr Film Institute and an Emeritus Governor of the Nature Conservancy. He is the retired chairman of SmithKline Beecham Consumer HealthCare, having served on the boards of SmithKline Beecham, Allergan, Royal Doulton, and the BOC Group. Harry is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MFA in Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.
