David Almond

David Almond is a novelist, and professor of creative writing at Bath Spa University.
He lives in Northumberland. He has won the Whitbread Children’s Book Award twice, for Skellig and The Fire-Eaters. Skellig was also awarded the Carnegie Medal. David was a visiting writer during our Bath Spa residency.
