Margaux Weisman began her career in publishing, after working in the entertainment industry, handling social media and publicity for a small independent press.

She is now an Editor at Vintage Anchor/Knopf Doubleday. Her greatest joy is championing emerging voices. She’s worked with a number of debut authors, among them Anne Valente, Deborah Shapiro, Hannah Gersen, and Tony Tulathimutte. She also works on a select list of nonfiction projects, mostly in the pop culture realm, editing books by Jason Diamond, Piper Weiss, Jonathan Kauffman, and Alice Bolin. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the MFA program at The New School.
